This Zero Oxygen Keramo comes from the beautiful Bombe mountains in the Bensa Sidama Zone. The Keramo producers grow some outstanding coffees and this coffee is no expectation. The Zero Oxygen fermentation Process (commonly referred to as anaerobic or carbonic maceration) used to process this coffee helped enhance the sweetness and complexity of this coffee which resulted in beautifully distinguishable flavors.
