He refined cultivation and processing methods, notably pioneering Cold Fermentation, which enhances complexity through controlled, extended fermentation in refrigerated conditions. Through meticulous monitoring and innovation, Monteblanco consistently produces exceptional microlots and larger lots known for their vibrant flavor and quality.
