Since the Argüello family restored Finca Santa Cruz in 2013, it has earned a reputation as one of Mexico’s most remarkable coffee farms. What was once neglected land has been thoughtfully redesigned, replanted with carefully selected coffee varieties, and cultivated to thrive. Rich volcanic soil and a unique microclimate in the mountains of Chiapas provide the ideal conditions for producing coffees with exceptional character and complexity.
This SL28 starts out rich and fudgy with notes of raspberry jam, mild acidity, and a lingering taste that reminds us of orange juice.
